- Lots of choice : Vegan friendly
This shop makes it easy to stock up on vegan goodies when traveling at Playa Venao or on your way to the rest of the Azuero peninsula. The cooler section has fresh produce, tropical fruits, local yogurt and cheese . A variety of whole grains (bulgur, barley, cous cous, quinoa), lentils, canned beans, sauces , spices, condiments, granola , natural body care products , toothbrushes, straw hats ---are on the shelves. If you're in a hostel with a communal kitchen,sharing a rental house or just want to,pick up a healthy snack , you're not going to find anything like this for 100 miles. Panamá is not especially veg-friendly , so,this is a real find.
