I hate using the word awesome, but that's the only way to describe this charming vegan cafe. I have passed it a million times, and just discovered it - I am so happy I did. First, the place is SO cute. It's super-clean and friendly inside. You can eat inside, and there are several tables outside too. You go in and get seated and the server takes your order. The service was excellent! I first got a smoothie, but I couldn't tell you which one because it was a special of the day. It was AMAZING. Really, so delicious! Then I ordered the Tuna Chick wrap - fake tuna made from chic peas and walnuts, in a wonderful wrap with good greens inside. It has cucumber in it, but I asked for that to be left out, and they accommodated that request. The wrap was so good, and it was huge. I'm a good eater, and even I had a hard time finishing it after the big smoothie. It's really enough to share with someone. I couldn't believe the fake "tuna" was so delicious! I really enjoyed it. Even their blue chips are better than regular blue chips. Even if you're not vegetarian or vegan, visit here. I don't think you will be disappointed. The prices are soooo reasonable compared to other places and there are a lot of different things on the menu to try. Don't get the impression it's just a juice bar, it is so much more! If you are a salad-eater, definitely go here - there are many delicious-sounding salads to choose from, along with all the sandwiches and appetizers. I loved it. Can you tell??? I can't wait to go back to Stuart to eat here again! Oh, and free parking in a parking lot right in front of the place. It's really, really close to the downtown area - right on Colorado shortly after you pass US1 - left hand side of the street if you are heading into downtown.
