There aren't a lot of clear vegan options in Uptown and Little Vietnam. Ba Le has all the vegan items clearly labeled and ingredients listed on their fresh made to go items. I tried both the lemongrass chicken bahn'mi (made with king oyster mushrooms)and the soy beef bahn'mi. Both were delicious! Inexpensive, fast, good vegan food in an area w/out a lot of vegan choices. Recommended!
