- I hoped for better
Quite a few people recommended me this place so I tried it. The burger was expensive compared to other options in the neighbourhood (Loving hut for example had a great fresh burger with nice bread for half the price). The burger was a bit tooo much on the immitating meat side for my liking (red on the inside, meat taste ect), it scared me considering how long it was since I tasted something like that. The service was soo soo. Coleslaw was nice. I decided to give it another try with the Vienna burger, and well that sucked, I found the fresh onions too overpowering in the burger, and well it tasted a bit too gross. I didn't have a 'wow, this is addictive' moment, and I am a sucker for veggie burgers. I found the bread on both occasions quite bad, like just plain tasteless, too chewy, unhealthy white bread. Service was slower than I liked. I don't know why they have such a big bloody floorplan and they can't bring you the food, but you are given a number on your receipt and need to pick up the order based on the number-it's sooo impersonal. Other places i go to in vienna-vegan places, customers have a name, food is brought to you and for these prices and the number of people calling the numbers out they can gives you a bit of service. Service is sufficient, but not so great-basically all you speak with are the cashiers who are about as enthusiastic about their jobs as someone from mcdonalds. Basically, after two shots, and really trying to like it, I decided I won't be going there again-it's just not worth it.
