one word: wow! i've had the luxury of having lunch here twice in 2015 - both occasions have been memorable. i won't spoil the experience for you by describing each course, suffice to say that everything was delicious and exquisitely presented, and staff were extremely friendly. if you're vegan or have other dietary requirements, tell them and they will present you with another menu. i've emailed them twice and they've been very responsive to feedback and even made changes based on my comments. tip: visit during lunch - it's a cold dish short of the dinner menu, but you save about sgd30.
