The Kushi Institute is a macrobiotic and healing center located in Becket, MA. Their kitchen is open to the public daily. They serve organic, local ingredients and some imported Japanese products! The menu is mostly vegan, they serve fish twice a week. You can call before hand to reserve a spot, get meal times, and inquire about menu. 800-975-8744! The food is delicious and their are always lots of items on the buffet line for you to choose from. All homemade. Great if you need a healing diet or if you want to lose some extra weight! Everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend this place for a delicious, healthy, filling meal!
