- Vegan in El Bolson
In a lovely garden, we were so happy to find a restaurant with all vegan food. It is in Marcus's house and there are several daily options. One day we had the vegetable pies and preferred the squash one. I had and fell in love with the zucchini noodles with, I think, a cashew sauce. Delicious. He has a small fresh salad bar that you can select with your meal along with a couscous salad and some brown rice. Thank you Marcus and his lovely wife and family for making El Bolson vegan friendly!
