9/4/2016 Chay Express is one of the reasons I just can't regret moving near Hannover. Everything I've had there was absolutely delicious and the service is excellent! Their mock meat is fabulous (especially duck!), portions are huge (I sometimes take half of it with me) and even a non-veg friend enjoyed the shrimps :) I appreciate that with the main options you choose which sauce you'd like (peanut, mango or spicy) - which makes it easy to get whatever you're in the mood for. I have yet to try their sushi and dessert but I wouldn't be surprised if that's just as good as everything else :) Location, unfortunately, is a little off city-centre but they offer delivery. Also, it's not too far from Glocksee/Limmerstraße which are nice areas for young people. The restaurant itself is tiny, modern but cosy. Prices are incredible for what you get! Updated from previous review on Saturday April 09, 2016 edit 3/5/2016 tried the sushi - it's terrific! unfortunately, they're getting rid of it :( replacing it with burgers (I was told that's what people want - I think it's sad as good, vegan sushi is hard to find! i'm hoping for specials every now and then) also, the mango sauce got replaced by a curry sauce to choose for the main dishes.
