I heard about The Crabapple Café when they posted about Meatless Mondays in our Whistler Vegans Facebook group. I haven't made it on a Monday yet but I dropped by for brunch the other day and was impressed with the number of vegan items on the menu. I enjoyed a hearty Garden Hash with scrambled tofu and a vegan cheesecake. I look forward to going for their Meatless Monday sometime.
