Refresh restaurant looked like a very inviting place right in the city center. My omnivore boyfriend ordered the vegan burger which was made of rubin meat. It was good but a bit too sour for my taste. I ordered the dumplings with roasted tofu and didn't like it at all... It was also very sour. The homemade green ice tea with lemon and mint was very good though. Our waiter was very nice but the one waiting the table right next to us seemed grumpy and annoyed.
