- Good value, nice vegan pizza and juice.
After a long discussion about the use of Parmesan, Gorgonzola and Grana Padano, it was apparent that their 'vegetarian' pizza was not vegetarian by UK standards, as these cheeses contain calf rennet. I was not certain about the mozzarella, so opted for a vegan pizza. The vegan mozzarella is made on the premises, has a great flavour, but does not melt like conventional cheese. The fresh squeezed juice was also very pleasant. Good value with two pizzas and two juices about €20, limited seating with no air conditioning. I'd be happy to return, but look forward to seeing the ingredients changed to ensure that this becomes a vegetarian only establishment.
