- Excellent and Beautiful
Had a wonderful meal here with my girlfriend! The Hoppin' John was plain, but nice. Not overly flavorful, but still great. We also had one of the daily specials prepared vegan. Baked eggplant topped with cherry tomatoes marinated in balsamic, and chopped almonds. This dish was heavenly. Alfalfa's has a simple, neat atmosphere, and a very friendly staff. They are exceedingly proud of their "localness" and are were happy to serve two hungry vegans! Updated from previous review on Tuesday March 31, 2015
