When you're vegan in a new city you make an effort to seek out vegan places, trying to play it safe so its a disappointment when you're met with poor quality service. Maybe its a cultural thing but this is what let down Evergreen. The food was great when it eventually came but service was slow, I get the feeling I arrived just after they had a rush but the place was empty, I was ignored at the door and the food took ages to arrive. Maybe it was a timing issue and language barriers aside the staff seemed polite and helpful. Menu was in Dutch, obviously, so google translate helped a lot. I had a starter, main and drink (water) for under 20 Euros so I'm not complaining about that either.
