- Affordable, clean and delicious
This is a lovely little vegan cafe I try to visit whenever I happen to be in Chatswood. It has limited hours, only lunchtime I think. The food is prepared just before lunchtime and kept in a Bain-Marie, so service is fast. There are generally about half a dozen veggie and tofu dishes to choose from and rice. Nice oolong tea is available for a bit extra $. The dishes are mildly flavoured but tasty. Be aware the 'brown rice' is not actually brown rice but white rice cooked with mushroom stock to colour it brown. Has a nice flavour though. They have some beautiful jewellery, beads etc for sale as well, but the prices are out of this world. Fortunately the food is very affordable. Updated from previous review on Monday January 06, 2014
