  • A good atmosphere

A real Madrid feel to this one. The waiter was a little on the sleepy side the night we went, but the food and a nice sparkling wine more than made up for that. We were greeted with very tasty appetisers - a nice tradition we found in most of the Madrid restaurants. As in all the restaurants we tried in Madrid the hardest part was choosing from the extensive menu. Not all the English translations were perfect (they never are!) and it's worth asking to see both menus to work out some of the stranger items.
