• Mighty Vegetarian - Yuen Long, Hong Kong

This is a midrange restaurant in Yuen Long. A useful bonus if like me your grasp of Cantonese isn't great, there's an English language menu and at least some of the staff speak English. My co diner did the ordering. Some Chinese style green leaves and some deep friend tofu with a sweet and sour sauce dip. Very nice. 10% services were added (the menu says 10% is added on the festival days and on the 1st and 15th day of the lunar month). Including tea that came to 160 HKD for 2 people. This is yet another place that if I were in the area I'd have no concerns re eating here again. At time of writing the menu says the opening hours are 08.00 - 23.00. There's no mention of which days specifically so I assume that is 7 days. Of course assumption is always risky.
