- The Best Falafel in Istanbul!
Just try them alone with no pitta/wrap to taste all different flavours within. Little hummus and parsley topping would not hurt :) I asked the secret recipe and found out that they not just blend ingredients but use a mincing machine to grind everything. Turns out they also mix green pepper and parsley together with typical ingredients of falafel. You can also buy frozen falafel in a package to cook at home. A kilo is 12 liras. (4 euro)
