- not really a vegan bakery
I visited the bakery with the intention of some vegan sweets like cakes etc. They haven't labeled their products, I think nothing of the sweet stuff was vegan. I ended up asking about a fruit bread (basically a roll with dried fruit) and they told me it is vegan. So this was a plus for me that they knew what vegan means. But I have to say vegan bread is not that special and you can get it in most Swiss bakerys. Not sure why happy cow lists this one.
