- OK for vegans, but small space
A few options on the menu are marked vegan. I had the vegan ragout. It was marked vegan but said "sausage," so I needed to specify that I wanted it vegan. They swap out the sausage and add golden beats. Yum! But check the website, it seems like the menu may change over time. The space is rather small. I've uploaded a picture of the indoor space, there's also a few tables outside. It has the look and feel of a small bar, for sure. I was there on a three day weekend, and it was packed Friday evening, so we went elsewhere. On Sunday evening, it was a bit less crowded, and we were able to find a seat. It seems everything in Banff is packed, at least on a popular weekend. Service was great, and staff were very friendly.
