Amazing Thailand is my favorite Thai place in the Twin Cities. I love their dedicated vegan menu and their happy hour drink specials are tasty. Service is quick, and the servers seem to understand what vegan means. My favorite is pad Thai with extra Chinese broccoli. Portions are large and the price reasonable.
