- Nice drinks, food a bit bland
This is the fourth of this chain I have visited so far, and is in my opinion, neither the best or the worst. It's helpful to have vegan options clearly marked (with a carrot), but the experience is ruined when the staff are not so friendly and seem to rush customers out. I had a homemade mint lemonade, which was really fresh which lots of flavour and to be honest the highlight, a glass of wine, and split the mezze plateau and a quinoa salad with my companion. The plateau is a good idea, meaning that customers can choose four patés/spreads to go with bread - we went for hummus, black-bean hummus, aubergine and artichoke spread, but the portion sizes are quite small and there was not enough bread. Luckily it's possible to order extra bread. The salad, with quinoa, courgettes and hummus, was nice, but rather bland. Overall, this isn't a bad place, but there are better options for service, flavour and value-for-money in Amsterdam.
