- Surprising Vegan Find in Thanh Hoa
This is a small storefront that sells vegan food items (e.g., packages of soy protein, vegan fish sauce, vegan broth) and also serves vegan food. The food was served on a thali-like plate with a mixture of pickled greens, rice, and a sample of vegan dishes. The meal also came with a small bowl of greens in broth. The total meal came to 30,000 VND so very affordable. This was a welcomed option amidst the carnivorous options in Thanh Hoa! Open as of May 2015.
