• Very dissapointing

My husband and I stopped in this place on the recommendation of another restaurant owner who thought it would be a healthy choice. There was nothing healthy on the menu. The entire menu was SOY based, showing that the owners know nothing of TRUE health food. There is NOTHING ORGANIC on the menu. With so many other organic choices in Costa Rica, there is really no excuse for that fact. Vishnu is just another chain restaurant trying to disguise itself as a healthy place to eat. Shameful. I ordered the only thing that I thought may be moderately "safe" on the menu...a ginger tea. It should have been ginger and water. Instead I got a soda type drink loaded with sugar, that tasted like Lipton instant tea. I know nutrition and that wasn't it! Don't eat there if you truly care about what goes in to your body.
