I have had the ginger "chicken" bowl twice and it's delicious and plentiful enough for 2 meals. Great flavor and texture. My friend's 7-year-old who is normally super finicky enjoyed the mock chicken nuggets and Purple Raven smoothie, if that helps parents out there. I almost detracted a star only because Sprout is a bit on the pricey side, but I understand that the comfort-food-style mock meats are not cheap, so it's a trade off you should be prepared for.
