I found the restaurant closed a few weeks back, and I finally found the NYC Health Department report. Of hundreds of restaurants in their zip code, they clocked in at the 4th highest point level (and points are BAD). 28 points will shut you down; they had 55! Evidence of mice or live mice present in facility's food and/or non-food areas. 8.) Evidence of rats or live rats present in facility's food and/or non-food areas." I will NEVER eat here again.
