• Delicious food in central Liverpool

I really like this new place which is in a perfect, central location close to the main shopping streets in the city. Good value breakfasts - I had lovely cheese on toast and my partner went for poached eggs. The toast was perfect. Can't wait to go back and try the full vegetarian breakfast. On another (lunchtime) visit, there was a nice choice of fresh, interesting salads and hot meals such as risotto cakes or stuffed peppers. Good coffee. Everything is well-cooked, nicely presented and with very fresh ingredients. Leaflets there explained the place is run on 'social values' and staff are paid a living wage, for example.
