  • True chef at veganizing tapas

Reception and setting: We bummed that we hadn't picked the hostel above this bar, but it might have been best for our wallets. The bar is located in the entrance hall of the hostel. This didn't bother us, as we were just very hungry and don't need a lot of atmosphere to enjoy our night. The chef welcomed us very warmly. What we had: The no-pork, the seitan in whisky (both tapas) and two pizza's: one with spinach and one with chorizo. Obviously those weren't the only things on the pizza's. We topped this off with 3 beers each. What we paid: Around 30-ish euro's. We consider this a good price for how much and good we ate. Some thoughts: The food was amazing, we got served really quick and we felt we had a complete meal. On the other side, the mixed crowd hanging around (with the hostel) made it less of a restaurant experience. This didn't bother us, but is worth mentioning to set up expectations. The capacity is completely beneath the fame this place deserves in my opinion, but i couldn't say how crowded it gets. Some explanation: On our trip through Sevilla, Córdoba and Granada my girlfriend and me went to this restaurant, so the rating should be taken in comparison to the others for a full overview. I've made a systematic overview, but don't take this too seriously, as my opinion could even conflict with my gf. Mind that the bill of this review needs to be split in two.
