Great create your own salad bar! Has vegan protein options of beans, tofu, nuts and seeds, and falafel. Lots of variety of fresh veggie options as well as fruit to create really unique salads. Each salad is served with a thick slice of yummy bread and can be topped with your choice of interesting vegan salad dressings such as carrot chili vinegrette or cilantro lime jalapeño. They also offer a couple of soup options. We tried the Gazpacho and it was DELICIOUS !!!!! I would give it 5 stars but Happy Cow won't let me :)
