  • tasty nice little buffet and other dishes

ENG I went there in January 2015 and had a buffet for 20 zl. Cold buffet (no warm dishes). On that day they had a "celery theme" buffet, so there were some 4 dishes based on celery. There was also a cabbage salad (not so good), and some very tasty pastes- like humus, vegan mayonnaise, pesto. Buffet also had (yeast) bread. Nice, tasty buffet, but in my opinion too small and could be easily expanded at low cost, by adding more dishes, for example something potato based. Also more raw food would be nice, as well as some cooked or stir fried vegetables. A different food theme each day is a good idea, but I would serve it as a side attraction of the buffet, leaving main dishes the same (or almost the same) everyday. A sourdough bread on a buffet would be nice too. Besides buffet, they have other food choices like dumplings, soup... Also, if I was the owner, I would put a sign near the main road, so that people from there could get attracted to the place. PL Bylem tam w styczniu 2015 i wzialem szwedzki stol za 20 zl. Tego dnia bylo selerowo, wiec byly ok. 4 dania selerowe- selerowy pasztet, selerowe kotleciki, seler a la ryba, selerowe czipsy. Byla tez surowka z kapusty (taka sobie) i bardzo smaczne pasty, takie jak humus, weganski majonez, pesto. W szwedzkim stole byl tez chleb (na drozdzach). Fajny, smaczny szwedzki stol, ale moim zdaniem za maly i moglby byc powiekszony niskim kosztem, poprzez dodanie wiekszej ilosci dan, np. czegos opartego na ziemniakach. Takze, fajnie jakby bylo wiecej dan z surowych rzeczy. Inny temat przewodni szwedzkiego stolu to dobry pomysl, ale ja bym to zrobil jako boczna atrakcje , dajac te same (albo prawie takie same) dania kazdego dnia. Chleb na zakwasie tez bylby mile widziany. Poza szwedzkim stolem, mozna tam tez zjesc pierogi, tarte czy zupe. Gdybym byl wlascicielem tej restauracji, dalbym szyld w poblizu glownej drogi, tak aby ludzie stamtad mogli byc przyciagnieci.
