• Good food, but crowded

The food is great and I like that everything (excepts a few sauces) is vegan. Unfortunately, with the place this crowded and their dining procedures as they are, made me uncomfortable eating there. First I get in line and order. Then go to my table and wait to be called. In the meantime three different servers show up one after one, bring a plate, sauces and then fries. After 15 minutes waiting I get nervous, did I miss my call or did I not understand how this works? I go to the front to confirm, get scolded at for standing in the way, back to the table it is. Finally another server arrives and nudges me my falafel is ready. Go back to the front to pick my toppings. Finally I can eat and contemplate whether this was worth it. But wait, the experience isn't over yet! I still have to pay, awkwardly go past the line of people still waiting to order, wait a few more minutes to be noticed and pay. Overall quite the process to get fast food! Sure its not their fault the place gets crowded but they could make improvements, like paying upfront to avoid that last trip. Or give you a device that bleeps when your food is ready! Food is of course good, but I recommend going there during non busy times or for take-away.
