- Superb Burgers and Hungarian Dishes
This 100% vegan place is very close to the Terror Haza and not too far from the city park. The staff are very friendly and everyone spoke English. It looks a little nondescript from outside – the entrance leads down some stairs so you cannot see inside from the street, but once inside the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming so don’t be put off. We visited twice on a recent trip to Budapest – on both visits the food was inexpensive and high quality, with the burgers a particular highlight. They also have veganised versions of a number of Hungarian dishes which are well worth trying. If we lived in Budapest we would definitely be regulars here!
