  • Interesting fine dining vegetarian place

Wujie on the Bund is special in that it offers not the "normal" Chinese Vegetarian fare, but that it has many options that seem quite sophisticated, while still rooted in Chinese cuisine (not to say that Chinese cuisine is not sophisticated). However, a few of those creations were a bit "over the top" for me. As others have mentioned, the menu on the iPad looks special and is cool, but not as practical as a simple paper menu. The good thing is that it has some small icons denoting which dishes do contain milk or eggs. I was there with omni colleagues, who were all impressed by the specialties, and the ambiance of the restaurant. So if you are interested in a special Vegetarian experience and like to experiment a bit, then this is just the place for you. Prices are not low, but ok for the quality offered
