- Good, cheap lunch set in quiet atmosphere
We went there in hopes of getting a decent Indian lunch and in terms of food, this place does not disappoint. The owner was kind of unfriendly or shy, she did not greet us when we went in and just proceeded to serve us water and then the menu. She did not even speak a word until the first plate. Unfortunately, I therefore did not manage to ask for a vegan version of the food in time (so I don't know if available), but the only animal products I spotted were milk in the chai and maybe the salad dressing. The food was a lot, but very tasty and they serve extra chapati for free if needed. Absolutely no complaints here. Cannot agree to the other review calling the place dirty. It was not very fancy (also no background music), but it was definitely clean, especially the bathroom was a nice surprise. Can recommend overall for an affordable and tasty meal.
