- Vegan Ice Cream in Kauai
There aren't many vegan options in Kauai. When we saw the "vegan ice cream" sign, we stopped to check it out! This was the Kapaa Creamery food truck. This was some of the best vegan ice cream I have ever had! I had the Chocolate Mac Nut and was in heaven! (The servings are a little pricey, but so is everything else in Kauai.)
