• Two different experiences

So I have been to this place two times. The first time was lovely, although crowded everything was delicious and staff was very nice. And I would have recommended a visit to anyone. After my second visit however, I will not recommend going here to anyone. So the second time the whole experience at this place was awful. The staff seemed generally confused and absent. It took the waitress ten minutes to take our orders and then it took another 40-50 minutes for the food to arrive. Me and my company ordered the same food as we did during our first visit, seitan stroganoff and vegan roast. The seitan and vegetables this time was burnt to the point of being down right crunchy and the sauce was runnier than soup and not the least creamy. My company decided to notify the waitress and after another 20 minutes they received a remade dish. Although much creamier this time, the seitan and vegetables were now undercooked and there were no attempts from the staff to make any apologies or explanations. In the end we had to wait even another 15 minutes until the waitress brought us our bill.
