- Vegan Beignets! And Other Great Food
I was so happy to find this place while on a work trip to Louisiana. It's all vegan, and they had a great mix of raw and other healthy items, while also serving up local style comfort food made vegan. The gumbo with spicy seitan was delicious, and I was so excited to try a beignet. I have been on many work trips to New Orleans and watched people eating these, but have never seen a vegan one. The inside is very clean, bright, and welcoming, and my server was very friendly. I will make it a point to go to this place every time I am in New Orleans.
