Yes, they have a vegan menu. But you have to know they offer a vegan menu and you have to ask for it. It's not given out with the regular menus. And the vegan menu doesn't contain any special items as far as I could tell. It merely lists their regular dishes without the meat. To my mind, it shows that the owner wanted to extend a warm welcome to her vegan guests, which I appreciate, but also shows that she doesn't truly understand vegan food. To be honest, I would have been impressed with such an effort 5 years ago. But in this day and age vegan diners expect more.
