Menus can be made custom for your crowd or restaurant. BMK has recently written an all vegan menu for The Black Rose Tavern Los Angeles. She was featured in the LA Weekly for her menu at the Black Rose Tavern and her different approach to vegan cuisine and animal welfare. A portion of all profits go to Cats In Tow/Mutt n' Stuff animal rescue.
