- Cool Vegan Spot in a Vegan Unfriendly City
This is a small little stand that works limited hours but offers a small assortment of vegan tacos. The staff is very nice and helpful and the food was quite delicious. Most average sized individuals are going to need at least 3 of these but the prices are extremely low. My husband and I ordered 3 tacos each, with soy cheese (which costs more), a cupcake and a tiramisu slice and the whole bill came out to the equivalent of $15. There was a rather questionable cleaning process involving spraying plates and wiping them down with the same rag, plate after plate, but I think this is fairly standard in Mexico.
