Visited Austria, Salzburg included, and we got this wonderful recommendation from a friend. If you are Veg you will find here a multitude of great choices. the bottom line- in 8 days we went twice because it was so good! The green leafy salad with cashew cheese is a delight, truly refreshing and surprising salad. The self made tortellini is fresh, delicate and served in an elegant way. The Flambe' (Vegan version) was served with fresh picked mushrooms and was a fine art on a plate. Good late' makiato with soy milk, and excellent desert of fruit crumble and self made berrie-coconut ice cream. the service is very good and staff are kind and helpful. In general it is a highly positive culinary experience, and I would definatly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a delicate, well made, and highly satisfying Vegan experience Updated from previous review on 2016-08-10
