WTG takes great care in sourcing local suppliers for ingredients. Bakery products and cafe entrees are all prepared, mostly from scratch, on site. Unique entrees will in many cases meet dietary requirements of vegans and vegetarians. Other dishes may be modified where practical to meet those requirements. Several excellent breakfast choices are offered.
