Basic VEGAN LUNCHES cooked in mostly stainless steel pots and using higher quality ingredients than 99% of the other restaurants.Soy milk is made with non-gmo ingredients ( NO TRANSGÉNICO) and is then used to prepare their own mayonnaise.. There is a bakery attached producing whole wheat breads ( pan integral?),buns( for their soyburgers) and cookies ? sweetened with Peruvian brown sugar ( azúcar rubio). Open Mon-Fri 1-6 with lunch from 1-3.
