- Vegan Döner tastes allright
I am very happy to have this vegan alternative around the corner and get a nice döner or yufka that is vegan - or vegetarian if you go for the standard sauce. They have a dedicated rotating saitan skewer apart from the meaty skewer. All cutlery is kept seperated and the (non-chilled :() vegan sauces offer a nice touch to the döner. Sadly they do not heat the saitan on the skewer using the backplate-grill of the skewer but cut it down and heat it in a frying pan with added oil. I would have also liked more information on the used ingredients of the skewer. The saitan is also avail. on a plate with fries and salad. They offer vegan desserts as well, but I did not try them. All in all a nice alternative if you are looking for a meaty taste.
