  • Good if you're in Campeche

This restaurant offers a vegan menu and has a small shop that sells veggie items. Note, some of the for sale items are not vegan (e.g. they sell ghee). However, the menu appears to be vegan (my Portuguese is limited) and they make nut based cheeses etc. I wanted the menu of the day but they'd run out by the time I got there. I had the veggie nachos. They allow you to choose 3 things to come out with the chips (which looked like they made them rather than bought chips). I chose refried beans, guacamole and a cashew cheese. It was very nice but the chips seemed a bit broken so it was hard to put toppings on them. I also had a dessert, which was a raw banana ice-cream with cacao nibs and nuts. Again it was good but not the most amazing raw ice-cream I've ever had. If you're in Campeche it's definitely worth checking out though. I've uploaded some photos of these dishes too.
