We recently went to The Coup on a Saturday night around 7pm for dinner while on vacation, and the wait was only 10 minutes or so. Our server was very helpful and friendly and recommended some great dishes. She was also very knowledgable about what was vegan or could be made vegan (almost everything). We got the spiced rum coconut chai to drink, cajun tempeh sticks, the upstream burger, the dragon bowl with quinoa and green curry, and the chocolate torte for dessert. Everything was excellent. We didn't expect much in Calgary, but this is one of the best veg restaurants we've ever been to. Highly recommended.
