- Sweet surprise in Steglitz
Exhausted after a few hours on Schloss Str. and heading to the S-Bahn, was delighted to see a sign for Goodie's. I had read they were somewhere in Steglitz in addition to their other locations, but this was serendipity at its finest. They're inside the Globetrotter store, but there's plenty of seating. It's a nice nature-y environment, what with all those people shopping for camping, hiking, and backpacking equipment. So happy they had one of my favorite raw desserts of theirs--the raw chocolate avocado mousse. Delicious and just the energy I needed to head home. Friendly staff. They have hot drinks, smoothies, some sandwiches and other dessert items. Plenty of selection for such a small space.
