- Sofritas bowl
I have lived on Chipotle in California so now, becoming vegan, is a challenge for me. I ordered sofritas, with brown rice, veggies, black beans, corn salsa, pico, guacamole, and lettuce. I have to say it was an amazing choice. even a bowl without the sofritas and just the veggies is delicious and they are accommodating.
