- Excellent Vegan Burger
We had great lunch at Hand Vegan Burger in August. The service is very kind and quick - both in French and English. The fries were delicious, the mayo very tasteful, and the Burger very fresh. The bread is not the usual mushy "bread" but tastes like real bread. It is located in a quiet street in the Marais. Tourist will need a map to find it. the Centre Pompidou is not far away. I would prefer to visit the restaurant in the summer since there is not much space inside. In the vicinity you'll find many quiet places were you can eat - parks, benches, even the Seine is not too far away.
