I was in Kilkenny looking for a restaurant that would serve a late (after 7pm) vegan dinner on a Sunday night. There are many pubs in Kilkenny that have a vegetarian option at that hour, but it seems the places with vegan offerings all close early. Royal Spice fit the bill. It has a relatively large vegetarian section, with items containing milk and gluten free options marked. Prices were fair and food was delicious. I would recommend this as a good option for vegans in Kilkenny.
