• Vegan AND Organic, with good GF options

Delicious food served by friendly people! Wide selection of sandwiches and salads. They were very patient to answer all my questions about ingredients. Tons of gluten-free options, including cookies and buns for sandwiches that are vegan AND gluten-free. (As any vegan with food allergies can tell you, it can be very frustrating to go to many restaurants where they have bread and baked goods that are gluten-free OR vegan, but not both.) When was the last time you had a vegan sandwich on vegan GF bread with vegan mayo? From a food cart? Amazing. If you have nut allergies, note that some of their cookie flavors do have nuts. Be sure to ask. They are parked in a different part of Manhattan each day, which is not posted on their website.
